Lewes.
I'm trying to get on documenting my work a bit more recently so thought it might be a good idea to try and breath some new life into my blog. Liv and I went to Lewes for the first time this weekend. It was definitely worth the fifteen minute train journey and had a castle. Brighton doesn't have a castle. I also got a nice book on coinage from around the world. Brilliant.

Quantum Faces.
It's (very) loosely based on quantum mechanics and the idea of multiple possibilities all happening at once. Not the best example of work so far, but it's not the worst either.
More images from this project to follow.

There Goes The Sun.
As summer draws to a close, and the time to move back to fateful Brighton moves ever nearer, I thought I'd put up some pictures of the highlights of this lengthy holiday. Bring on the freezing cold.

Visual Diary Part Two Part One.
Another selection from my visual diary. From this post you might think I'm on top of things. You would be very wrong. Part one of two.

LP's Vol II.
I've recently had a spending spree, as far as records are concerned. In light of this I was going to continue to post some pictures of the sleeves, but when I looked, the back of the sleeves are even nicer, and have a naivety not seen in today's record covers. Brilliant.

Fever!
After leafing through my next-door neighbour's old records, I found this gem. Not only is the cover really nice, but the tunes aren't bad either.

Monkey See, Monkey Doodle
Continuing with my monkey picture, I tried out a new way of using my printer. After working out some rough colour values in photoshop, I painted seperate CMYK layers in ink. I then corrected the colours on the computer and ran it through the printer four times in total. After a couple of attempts I then used my dad's laserjet instead.
The colours came out a lot more vibrant and detailed. The last picture is the result.
